Administrative support
Our team will handle the day-to-day implementation of all your portfolio strategies. Some of the services we manage include moving funds to initiate new investments, executing trades in all marketable securities, and executing subscription agreements and redemption forms under limited power of attorney.
Regular client meetings and consistent communication
We also understand that needs come up that need attention outside of the regular meeting schedule. Our team is always available to work with you to address questions in real time. Additionally, we meet with our clients at least quarterly to assess overall portfolio progress, to ensure adherence to pre-established asset allocation guidelines, and to review a host of other client-specific topics in greater depth.
Consistent reporting
As a Brockenbrough client, you will receive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports electronically. We deliver estimates and cash flow summaries at the end of the month. Customizable, comprehensive quarterly reports include performance and risk metrics, a detailed risk dashboard, portfolio attribution, accounting components, and an analysis of fees. On an annual basis, we will provide supporting reports, documentation, investment commentary, and analysis to assist with year-end reporting, audits, and client communications.
